The Frequent
Flyer Package is definitely an awesome way to increase your results and is a very popular
style for people to train.
They are scheduled training sessions during the week that keep you motivated
and focused on your results at
a fraction
of the price
of
personal training.
You will
become part of a team, so
no more feeling like you’re alone.
As the
groups are still relatively small I am still able to maintain
close attention
to the
individuals of this group.
What if I am unfit, are these sessions
suitable for me? I haven’t exercised for years.
YES. These
are suitable
for all levels.
Just give me 1 session to have a look to see you what you’re capable of doing.
Then I will make slight changes to vary the intensity of the exercises. Easy
I consider myself a big person, are these
sessions just full of running?
NO. We
hardly run.
If we do, we do anywhere between 20-80 meters at a time and I’m sure we can all
do that. We have
more effective exercises to do than stress out your joints.
Is it just full on continuous exercise for
45mins? I don’t think I could last that long
NO. I
strongly believe in Interval based training, a lot of stop-starts. Work
hard, rest harder!
It is an effective
way to train
and you
will definitely be able to get an excellent workout and get great
results from it.
Will I feel great afterwards?
YES. Well a
little buggered but hopefully by lunch time you will look back and think about how well
you have done.
Put it this way, I don’t want to run you into the ground but I do want you to
feel like
you have achieved something. I want to inspire you to do your best and feel
amazing about it!

Definitely. Nutrition
is a very important
part of the equation. I will give you ideas, tips, recipes and secrets on how you can make
the most of this and get great results.
